The app won't start or isn't responding.

Close the app completely and reopen it. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.

I can't hear any sound.

Check your device volume, the silent switch, and the audio settings within the app.

My sessions or progress aren't showing up.

Make sure you're running the latest version of NeuroFocus. If the problem continues, contact us by email.

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is NeuroFocus a medical product?
