Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the iOS app NeuroFocus (also known as "BrainBooster2") and the website neurofocus.app. The provider is Christian Peter, NeuroFocus Lab (chris@neurofocus-lab.com).

2. Description of Service

NeuroFocus is a wellness app offering audio and video sessions with 40 Hz gamma stimulation to support focus, relaxation, and mental well-being. The app is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

A free account is required to use the app. You can register using:

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Your account data (email, name, user ID) is stored via Firebase (Google). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. Freemium Model

Certain sessions and features are only available with a premium subscription or individual in-app purchase. All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple StoreKit and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Persons with epilepsy, photosensitivity, or other neurological conditions should consult a doctor before using the app. If you feel unwell during a session, stop immediately.

7. Disclaimer

NeuroFocus accepts no liability for health consequences arising from use of the app. The app makes no medical claims and does not guarantee specific results regarding focus, sleep, or cognitive performance.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time directly in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by sending an email to chris@neurofocus-lab.com. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
