Delete account

This page explains how to delete your NeuroFocus account and all data associated with it.

1. Directly in the app

The fastest way – deletion happens immediately:

Open NeuroFocus
Settings → Account section
Tap Delete account and confirm

For security reasons you may be asked to sign in again before the deletion is carried out.

2. Without the app – by email

No longer have access to the app or your device? Write to support@neurofocus-lab.com from or mentioning the email address you registered with. We process the request within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

3. What gets deleted

Your email address and name
Your user ID
Your progress: completed sessions, streak, total time, trophies
Your favourites and settings

This data is removed completely and permanently. It cannot be restored afterwards.

4. What remains

Anonymised usage statistics can no longer be linked to any person and are kept for a maximum of 14 months in line with Firebase retention periods. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription – please cancel it separately in the App Store or on Google Play.
